Refund Policy: Generally we have a NO refund policy, all sales final. In rare cases of extenuating circumstances refunds can be requested and are subject to approval at the company's discretion. However, this is not common nor is it guaranteed.
Exchange Policy:
- Shapewear/apparel: 14 day exchange policy for Minnesota customers. 30 day exchange policy for all other United States customers. 30 day exchange policy for other international customers.
- Any items being exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges should be requested by filing out the exchange request form online. Exchange request are subject to approval and can be denied at the company's discretion.
** Customer is responsible for postal charges for product exchanges. No exchanges on fitness accessories or nutritional products.**
Size charts for products are shown on each product page below the product. We also have a "sizing guide" page located on the website as well.

Foreign Measures reserves the right to take 24-48 hours to process an order. All orders are sent out on 3–5-day shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the time the order was processed, for domestic residents, and 14-30 business days for all other international residents. Weekends and holidays do not count for processing or shipping days.
**Please expect process/shipping delays around the holidays (including but not limited to New years eve, New years day, Nirvana day 4/15, the 4th of July, Christmas eve, Christmas day, Thanksgiving, and Juneteenth). **
