Returns & Exchanges

At Foreign Measures we offer a 7-day return policy on all of our products. To qualify for a return, the product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with original tags/labels. Customers should contact us within 7 days of purchase to begin the return process. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and there is a 25% restocking fee (the restocking fee is calculated by 25% of total order value minus shipping). Foreign Measures reserves the right to deny a request for a refund/return at our own discretion at any time.

Customers should contact us within 7 days of purchase to begin the exchange process. In order to begin the exchange process, please submit an exchange request via the online request form. The item will be exchanged once the product has been received and inspected. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to exchange item. (Foreign Measures reserves the right to deny a request for a exchange at our own discretion at any time.)

Digital Item and Service Policy

Digital item policy: Our digital item/services policy is designed to ensure our customers have the best possible experience when they purchase from us. We strive to ensure that all digital items and services are of the highest quality, free from malware and viruses, and appropriate for our health and wellness customers. We take all reports of inappropriate or malicious digital items seriously and will investigate any claims as soon as possible. All digital purchases are non-refundable and must be downloaded within 30 days of purchase.  We will only accept returns on digital items if they are defective or damaged. All digital services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and accuracy. We recommend that customers check the compatibility of the item before they purchase, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices. To ensure our customers' digital security, we do not offer any digital items that require personal information or credit card information to download. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are always available to answer any questions or concerns. We reserve the right to remove any digital items that are found to be in violation of our policy.
